1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TruFit Health ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

TruFit Health is a health and fitness tracking application that allows users to log food intake, track workouts, monitor nutritional goals, and connect with others in a social community. Pro users have access to additional AI-powered features including meal analysis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TruFit Health. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Health Disclaimer

TruFit Health is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. All content, including calorie targets, nutritional data, and workout plans, is provided for informational and general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet or exercise routine.

6. User-Generated Content & Community Standards

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Service. You agree not to post content that is abusive, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

7. Pro Subscription — In-App Purchases

• Pro subscriptions are available as monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year) plans purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the Service, or submit false or harmful content.

9. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. All personal data will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your Apple ID settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruFit Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
